In collaboration with Stephen Carter & Sarah McMillan, we were entrusted with the renovation of the "Holiday" Cocktail Lounge. The scope of the project encompassed a complete transformation, from the installation of a new floor and ceiling to repositioning the service bar at the heart of the space. We introduced bespoke banquette seating that encircles the bar, while also restoring the original mural discovered behind the walls of the former bar. Throughout, we remained committed to preserving the character of this historic New York landmark, situated in the iconic St. Marks district, while revitalizing its timeless charm for a contemporary audience.
